Content Management System
As the head company is in an acquisition phase, they needed the ability to add new centers to the website. They needed a simple user interface where a site administrator could log into the backend and simply fill in a form to add the center to the site. This would also plot the center on a google map, so anyone viewing the site can get a good idea on the closest clockwork learning center to their area.

Now this is where the beauty of the site starts, once a center has been added to the website, the system we created takes over. As new prospective parents sign up and existing parents are in the database, the site administrator can then manage and assign each student a classroom, as well as assign teachers to specific classrooms. The center director can then easily login and manage which students are in which class as well as change teacher arrangement.

This multi center management capabilities as well as general page, link and blog page management make this an excellent tool for clockwork learning.

Customer Relationship Management
As leads are very important for this type of business, it is important to be able to keep track of potential clients. When a new parent signs up on the website, this sets a chain of events where the parent is put in touch with the director of the center they are interested in. When a meeting is scheduled they are then able to take notes on this parent within the system, and assuming they are successful in the acquisition of the client, they can then assign them a classroom upon enrollment.

Once the parents and students information is in the database, they are able to login and see an archive of existing newsletters, as well as be notified of center specific as well as their own teachers newsletter to inform the parent what has been happening the past month at the school.

What We Did

Another significant undertaking. This website uses the local Real estate RDX feed to deliver properties for sale in the local area. We created a system around this feed that allows users to find properties via a very user-friendly search or via a mapping component.

We are very proud of this site and feel it helps Gateway achieve their sales goals.

Yeti’s Grind is our local coffee house. They are a great bunch of people and allow us to get through the day in caffeinated bliss.

Yeti’s needed a website that allowed them to show off their two locations as well as their cycling team. We did this by creating a design that showed off their comfortable spaces and easy to navigate photo galleries.

What We Did

We have been working with UrgeMedia for some time now and have completed quite a few projects for them. This website is for their main company to show off their abilities and what they do.

We developed a user-friendly video gallery where they can upload many videos and use the javascript menu to instantly navigate through their portfolio of videos.

What We Did

We have been working with Song Saa for some time now. When this luxury resort was in its initial stages of getting financing we created a simple website that showed off what was to come.

Now it has gone from a simple static site to a full blown content management system with media/trade login to deliver content to these partners.

In addition we created the ability for the client to translate the website into as many different languages as they like. This is through an extremely easy user interface that allows the website admin to sent specific pages to translators that then are able to translate the content and automatically send it back to the website where it is updated automatically on the site.

We designed a new site for the Eagle County Regional website. This is the official website for the airport with schedule information, web cams, deals, real time flight information as well as general information about the airport.

We have designed the annual report for the county over the last 5 years. We are particularly proud of this publication. We were very happy to receive the a Savvy Award from 3CMA for this publication.
